The engagement playbook

Offshore objections, solved with process, not promises

Communication, trust, and ownership are the three reasons offshore engagements fail. Here is, in writing, exactly how we handle each one.

Our commitments

What every engagement includes

Reply within 1 business day

Contractual, not aspirational. Most messages get answered the same working day; nothing waits longer than one.

Written-first communication

Decisions, scopes, and changes live in writing. You never have to remember what was said on a call, it's in the doc.

Weekly reports + recorded walkthroughs

Every week you get a written summary of what shipped, what's next, and any blockers, plus a screen recording you can watch in 5 minutes or forward to anyone.

IP transfer & NDA in every contract

Full assignment of everything we produce. Confidentiality signed before discovery. Your lawyers can review our standard terms before we start.

Least-privilege access

We work inside your repositories, accounts, and infrastructure with the minimum access needed, and it's revoked the day an engagement ends.

Fixed scope, in writing

First projects are fixed-scope and fixed-price, agreed before work starts. Retainers state exactly what's included. No meter quietly running.

Questions, answered

What timezone coverage do you actually provide?

Our working day fully overlaps Gulf hours (Lahore is one hour from Dubai), covers the entire UK morning through mid-afternoon, and overlaps US Eastern mornings daily. Scheduled calls outside those windows are arranged per client, we say yes to what we can sustain, and no to coverage theatre.

Who will actually work on our project?

Engagements are founder-led: the person you scope with is accountable for delivery. Specialists are added per project as needed, but you always have one named, senior point of contact, never a rotating account layer.

How do you handle security questionnaires and compliance requirements?

Send them, we complete vendor-security questionnaires, sign data-processing agreements, and align with your existing policies. We keep client data on client infrastructure by default, which makes most of the questionnaire easy.

What happens if we're not happy?

Fixed-scope first projects exist exactly for this: small commitment, real output, easy exit. If we're not the right fit, you keep everything built to date (it's in your accounts already) and we part cleanly.

Can we start small before committing to a retainer?

That's the only way we start. A scoped audit, one automation, or a visibility baseline, weeks, not quarters. Retainers are offered only after a first project has proven the fit.

How do payments work for international clients?

Invoiced milestones for projects, monthly for retainers, with payment methods suited to US, UK, and Gulf clients. Ask on the scoping call and we'll set up whatever is easiest on your side.

Start with a small, fixed-scope project

The lowest-risk way to test us: a defined deliverable, a fixed price, delivered in weeks. If it's good, we grow from there.

We reply within 1 business day.
